As part of the B.Ed. curriculum, a yoga session was conducted at Govt Girls HSS Attingal, focusing on Padmasana and Vajrasana to promote physical and mental well-being among students. The session began with a brief introduction to the benefits of yoga, emphasizing its role in improving concentration, flexibility, and digestion. Students were guided through the correct posture and breathing techniques for Padmasana, which helps in calming the mind and enhancing focus.
