Field trip to MANGO medows

As a part of B. Ed curriculum, our college conducted one day field trip to Mango meadows agricultural theme park located in Kottayam district. On October 19 around 6.30 am we began our journey accompanied by our teachers. We had our breakfast at 8.00 am in a restaurant named aaramam. We reached our destination after four and a half hours from there and were briefed on the facilities available. A guide was provided for us to introduce different kinds of trees and plants in the park and other entertaining activities and games over there. There were so many medicinal valued plants and other rare trees. A fish feeding section was introduced to us which holds a myth that the one who feeds the fish get relieved from their past life sins. There was a replica of the Eden garden with the sculpture of Adam and Eve. A small area was occupied with tea plantation and a veterinary farm was also there. Trees which were related to zodiac signs are planted there, students were curious to know which tree was their. An artist played flute on a recently released song that was so melodious and a coir making and pottery section was also there. The love and connection of man and nature was shown through a sculpture. After those informative section, we got the chance to explore the games and activities in the park.Firstly I and my friends went to kutta vanchi, then after that I went to side of pedal boating along with my some other friends, then to shooting, cycling, swimming pool etc...After enjoying all these at 3.30 we have a tea ...Then we took group photo and we left from there...Before reaching the time spend on the bus was so interesting all my friends and teachers enjoyed a lot..Fully that day was memorable day in my b.ed curriculum✨✨
